I found this recipe for a shake in an old thread and I'm wondering if it'd be ok if I drank like 2 of these a day. The poster says it's about 1200 calories.

2 Cups Vanilla Ice Cream
4 TBSP Natty Peanut Butter
1.5 Cup Whole Milk
1/2 cup frozen fruit (i like raspberries)

I'm getting really tired of my current shake(Milk, whey, oats, olive oil, and Natty PB) and would like to start trying something new for my weightgain shakes. This one sounds awesome and would be great if it's healthy.

Also, if you take creatine and whey, which one would you take before a workout and which one would you take after?

looks great probably tastes great as well.

Mix your creatine in your shake.5g daily you should take. Before or after doesn't make a difference really.

Sweet. I was thinking maybe having 4 cups of ice cream a day might be bad...and if I drank 3 of those a day...6 cups of ice cream a day is ok? But you should take whey *after* your workout though, right?

put less ice-cream in your shakes.Have your shake after training.

I love ice cream, it's not that. I just thought a lot of ice cream clogs your arteries or some **** like that. If it's healthy and I won't get like mantitties eating that much ice cream, I'll love it.

If your not eating a huge amount over maintenance then you won't get the man titties.

All I would say is watch your saturated fat intake from all the whole milk and ice cream.

There's nothing wrong with saturated fat, but unsaturated fat should make up the bulk of your fat intake.

I totally agree, but too much isn't advisiable.

I eat 200 grams of trans fat every day and I've had no problems...except liver failure and a 5 month long coma.

Just kidding.

So this shake is ok?

Yes its fine.

I just wanted you to make sure your following your saturated fat intake. If you eat three of those shakes a day plus a lot of other animal meat.

Could cause a problem in the long run.
