View Full Version : Fat Loss Stack
I was searching around and couldn't find exactly what I am looking for so I thought I would just post and see if I can gather some opinions. I tend not to supplement too much in my diet since I try to get as much as possible in the form of "real" food but I am giving thought to picking up the Fat Loss stack from ALN what are some opinions on these products ect.

they're all wonderful...this is the only stack I've used from ALN
def. get Nitor though instead of Thermocin....I'm finishing my bottle before I start using my Nitor again and it's way less potent

Thanks King!
To clarify one point, Nitor is more potent than Thermocin, but Thermocin is a tried and true product that has helped many individuals lose up to 70 or more pounds. For those who are sensitive to stimulants Thermocin is the more prudent choice. For those who want the strongest product on the market, Nitor is it.

haha, Thermocin IS a good product
but once you've felt the effects of Nitor, nothing seems to phase you

You know, both sets of stimulants work via different pathways. Mike Wolfe has been working with me on his diet (he has lost 85 lbs thus far) for some time. We switched him to Nitor several months ago and it worked extremely well. After several months on Nitor he switched back to Thermocin (he had run out of Nitor). When he switched back he really felt the kick of Thermocin. His body had acclimated to the stimulants in Nitor and when he switched back the different stimulant in Thermocin really did the trick. Just a point of interest...

I have heard a lot the strength of nitor, but I haven't heard a thing about the effects? too soon to tell?
Isn't it for weight loss?
I think i may try thermocin just based on this...

I'll let Chris or Daniel answer your question more directly...but a big thing with Nitor is that it gives you a nice boost in energy (without being jittery) throughout the day (this is extremely helpful when you're eating on a caloric deficit, to help power through workouts and keep intensity high)

How come at 176 lbs and 11% bf you're using fat loss supplements? Just wondering.

I'm trying to get to 7-8% bodyfat and I have no desire to increase exercise
so I'm decreasing calories slightly...this helps with energy

Nitor, at or near full dose is very effective at fat loss. I have been using it at half dose with no change in my diet or training and have lost 3-4 lbs of pure fat.

It is both. It has the following ingredients at LAB PROVEN doses for fat loss:
7-Keto(R)
glucomannan
green tea extract
Here are the doses at 3 capsules:
Green Tea Extract
(90mg of EGCG & 50mg caffeine) 750 mg
Glucomannan 500 mg
7 Keto ® (7-oxo-DHEA) 100 mg
Now, double that at full dose. Strong and proven stuff.

So which should I go with? Remember this is my first time using this type of supplement.
Also this may sound like a question I am not going to get answered here but what ... if any are the side effects or warnings that come alone with these products.

For your first thermogenic I would suggest Thermocin. It is highly effective and lower priced.
If you click on the "supplement facts" link you can read the warnings on the labels.

My God are you annoying. Unfortunately, I've seen 2 posts from you today and both have been obnoxious.
And FYI, the story in your signature is not cool.
Well I think I am going to pick up a few products I decided against the whole stack since I (no offence) just don't like taking any products that have cardiac health warnings. Heart attack and stroke scare the crap out of me and always have.
I will probably be picking up some Nitrean to try it, multi, creatine and ETS. What kind of international shipping is offered?

We ship internationally via USPS Priority. If you create an account and place an order you will receive a specific quote prior to the completion of the order.
