I went from 5 '8- 134 to 191 just from eating and lifting.
(some beer)

Just started Powerlifting after 10 months of lifting on and off.
Bench 275
Deadlift 405 ( I Can do more)
Squat 405

Favorite lift is Standing Press.

My arms measure at 15 3/4 (16 something if pumped)

I really don't train biceps because of lingering tendonitis with my right forearm


Camera quality kind of sucks


I would like to bulk up to 210-220 someday. I haven't seen my abs in quite some time.

I'm with stump, got killer shoulders. Would look hellagood in a shirt =P.
