I am wanting to lose body fat and tone. I am Female/5"3/153 lbs/32% BF. I am wanting to get down to about 125-130 lbs/20-25% BF. I work out 5-6 days a week/lifting 3x a week and cardio 6 days a week. Recently I have started Boxing/Kickboxing and I love it! It is a excellent work out. I have already notice more toning in my arms, from all the pushups!
MY DAILY DIET CONSIST OF:

Snack: One of the following,
1 string cheese
healthy choice turkey rolled in lettuce, slice of ff american cheese
almonds or another kind of nut
beef jerky
Lunch:One of the following,
turkey rollups with raw veges
salad with turkey and veges, 2 tbsp light or Fat free dressing
Snack:One of the following,
1 string cheese
healthy choice turkey rolled in lettuce, slice of ff american cheese
almonds or another kind of nut
Dinner:
Grill/roasted chix breast with veges
boca burger with veges
Grill chicken salad with veges and light/fat free dressing

As of now I am trying to stay away from carbs as much as possible. I am following the South Beach diet.

If anyone could let me know if I am doing things correctly and my diet is good, I would appreciate it. I am good about going to the gym, but my downfall is eating.

Thanks!

I would suggest you start tracking your food on www.fitday.com.
The quality of your food choices seems good, but the quantity is unknown and its about burning more calories than you eat.

The only other thing i see from your diet is the lack of dietary fats.

What is your lifting routine?I hope you know there is no toning range.
Six days a week cardio might be overkill. I think you should look into doing about 20 minutes of fast incline walking after your lifting. On your off days, look into HIIT.

I do track my food at fitday.com but it wouldn't let me post a url. I guess maybe because I am a new memeber, I dont know. I looked into the HIIT workout. Sound interesting, will definately begin starting today. Thanks!

You can also go to the home page, and set your fitday to public. Then post that link.
