Everyone says go for 1g of protein per one pound of bodyweight. I'd say aim for that, but get at least .8g's of protein per one pound bodyweight.

*twitch* LBM, not body weight. The protein you consume supports the growth of muscle mass, not fat. Although I believe LBM isn't just muscle mass..

Since the protein topic is up for discussion I have a question. i'm going to across seas to Rome and Italy and Greece and I want to bring my protein in my suit case. Should I be worried They will think it is something else on the plane? I do not want them to take it away. I want to bring 2 pounds of whey protein.

I just flew last weekend and I just packed my tub of protein in the bag I checked. No problems. I assume if you try and carry it on they are gonna have a drug-sniffing dog up your ass. Just check it.

I have never brought protein overseas but I went to mexico a few weeks ago with lots of little white pills and had no issues. These pills were legal though :angel:
