Okay, as you know im the skinniest member here. Anyways, lol, I just got a big jar of that muscle juice.

1000+ calories and 50+g of protein per serving.

I'm still going to be working out so i don't get fat, and when im done the jar, im gonna get some whey protein.

Should I take muscle juice before, after, during the workout?

What are the ingredients?

If it helps you this is what i do:

Fruit,Whey pre workout
Sip on Dextrose/Whey drink during wo
Drink Dextrose/whey drink after workout.

I limit fat in that window.

i love muscle juice... i have it for breakfast with like 4 or 5 egg whites in it, and PWO. its amazing

muscle juice is high in sugar, something like 60 grams per serving or something. Muscle milk gets its taste from the fats, low sugar content.

Sorry man, that's not how it works. If you eat too much you will get fat. Lifting allows you to gain muscle, but it is still possible to over eat.
