Hi all

I have set my self a goal to gain 14lbs in around 3 month, that works out at 1lb a week. DFoes this seem reasonable for a nice clean bulk?

Sounds somewhat reasonable...I would make the goal 10-12...if done right it will end up being pretty clean with a few pounds of fat.

Yup by my calculations, if you have a daily caloric deficit of 500 kcal, this should be doable.

I have similar goals (not based on weight though, as I want more lean mass as well), and I am on track... 3 weeks in, and I am 8 lbs down. Just started weights this week.

He said gain, not lose. That would be a 500 cal surplus.
