View Full Version : Does Creatine fit my goals?

I don't really want to gain a lot of bulk, although I don't really care what the number on the scale is. I do want to increase size, but in moderation. I have lost 38 lbs of fat over the last almost 6 months, but I haven't been lifting for almost 2 months (divorce can really screw up your schedule!)

So I have this supply of creatine that I had been using and I was certainly seeing some decent growth. I stopped taking it when I stopped lifting, although I kept on a good diet that obviously worked. I guess I'm just worried that if I start taking the creatine again... well I guess I don't really know what I'm worried about.

What are the potential drawbacks if I add it back to my supplement regiment? I take a daily multivitamin (and other vitamins) already, but my calorie intake is pretty low, probably under 2,000. Do I need to alter my diet when I add creatine?
