I love tuna + mayo sandwiches. What would be the best mayo? My current has about 45 calories per tbsp, and it tastes good.

Ditch mayo. Use cottage cheese, equal parts with the tuna.

I find cottage cheese borderline repulsive. How about Miracle Whip Light? 15kcal per 16g.

Try Hellmann's reduced fat. 20 calories per tbsp. If you're mixing it with tuna, the weaker flavor isn't noticeable.

i cant eat cottage cheese, it makes me puke as soon as i feel it in my mouth... mayo is the only way to go with tuna, or just melt low/no fat cheese on top of it..

What do you mean by "best" mayo? I go with the real thing myself, but I can afford the calories ;)

smart balance has a mayonaise, their peanut butter and butter spread is pretty good. give it a try and report back!

Still, use the original mayonnaise. Just find 20 extra calories to cut somewhere else.

just use half a tbl spoon of reg mayo and you'll still have less calories overall
