Hey everyone. My name is Tony, and this is my first journal here.

My current stats are:
Weight: 185.6
Height: 6'2
BF%: 18 (rough estimate)

The way I see it, I have 33 lbs of fat on me, which means 152 LBM. I need to drop about `8 pounds to get down to see the abs. This is a huge goal for me. I was 205 back on April 17th, and I think with enough hard work, I can do it.

Today I did:
Squats
Leg Press
HIIT

I was squatting til the cows came home. Right now, I just want to preserve the LBM, and if I need to lose maybe 3-4 pounds of LBM to get that six pack, I got no problem doing it.

I can do this.

Today I ate:
2 Cups Special K + 1 Cup Milk
Bigggg Second Breakfast at Restaurant (4 Egg Omelette with Spinach/Onion, Hash Browns, and 2 Dry Pancakes)
1 Piece of Fish

I had so much to eat this morning I really didn't eat anything else for the rest of the day.

I have finals this week, and I know I can go 110% after 11:15 on Friday (last test, finished with school for 3 months). Anyways, I'm doing everything I can now.

My goals for tomorrow are:
2 Cans of Tuna
Piece of Salmon (fresh from Jewel for like $4.50)
Lots of Water
HIIT, no lifts

I might try that Tabata stuff that I was reading about on T-Nation.

165 here I come!

you need to seriously fix your diet

you're eating WAY too little

1.5g protein per lb LBM (that means at least 200g)
.5g per lb HEALTHY fats (roughly 90g)
carbs...I would seriously go with AT LEAST 50g a day...before and after workout are best

I know I'm eating too little, but I had a lot today.

2 Bowls or so Special K + 1 Cup Milk
Can of Tuna + Mayonnaise (this tastes sooo good)
Subway Salad (basically a sandwich without bread)
6oz Salmon for Dinner

I think I need to cut down on carbs and maybe add a little fat?

Put in fitday and then we can definitely know what you need/dont need.
