LOL, what the hell? So he can throw a punch because he ain't fat? Fat guys couldn't throw a big punch? I'm sorry if I'm missing something but that's some f'ed up logic.

The dude looks like a monster.

Vin- I don't know his last name, but his first name is Nick. He lifts with Scott and Paul in Staten Island. He is ginormous.

Just so you guys can better understand. The other people in that picture all weigh between 245-400+(whatever Nick weighs). Scott's arms do not look small standing next to Bernor there and Bernor is hyyuge. He usually looks leaner than that pic shows.

from the lift off guy

hey first off congrats once again to my boy scott, on his hard-earned world record. i noticed a few people have been askin who that thing was who lifted him off. please allow myself to introduce...........myself--- my name is nick saccone. me and scott have been best of friends since we were like 12. anyway... for most of my life, i have trained either for football performance, mixed martial arts, and/or just to be as beastly as possible.as of lately my arms range from 25 to 26 inches, and i my bodyweight stays at around 410 lbs. (yes i am spooked out that i'm gonna have a heart attack, but my doctor tells me everything is perfect, and my speed is always my most impressive attribute) i ran the security to many of the top nightclubs in the world.. (mainly "scores"). i have never competed in any powerlifting meets yet, but i am planning to bust out onto the scene soon.my goals are simply to lift as much as i possibly can, and then some, while having an awesome time in the process. i have been having a great time training with such a great bunch of guys- scott sceppe, paul charland, chris taylor, glenn russo, mike dimiri, paul jr., and a few others but this paragraph has to end eventually. so there ya go... nick saccone ladies and gentlemen.... nick saccone .......oh by the way, i'm not even going to honor all these "soft handoff" claims with a response.
