Ok so I've been tracking my food intake on Fit Day for 3 days. This is pretty much an average set of days for me. I don't think it looks to good. Like I said in my earleir thread, I've lost a lot of weight and going to join a gym soon. I want to join and start right away, but until I can get my nutrition right then I feel as if I'll be wasting my time.
