Has anyone done this, its basically tabatta intervals / HIT

its 8 20 second sprints with 10 second breaks in between but it claims its the best possible thing for melting fat away, and i think i believe it. I did it for about 2 weeks and felt trimmer but its very tough.

Yeah, tabata intervals are pretty common around here.

I used it and had great success on my last cut (6/2006).

I changed it to fit myself, but followed the routine for the most part. It's a killer!
