Before pictures im 152, Now im 155 and currently taking Fish oil ( been on for 3 days) , creatine (been on for 4 months) and multi-vat. from gnc (3 weeks)

Somehow I gained 3 pounds, but Im more active than I was in my before pictures.. I been training to try-out for the track team for 4 months now. trying to get to 165-170

Honestly dude, I see absolutely no difference. You still look super lean but at 6'1", 155 lbs is just plain skinny. You'd look great if you could stay that lean and put on 50 lbs.

you gotta eat, man. post some more pics when you've gained 30lbs, not 3. with your genetics you should be able to put on size while staying relatively lean.

Seriously, if it doesn't close your arteries, eat it.

You'd be astonished how much food it takes to grow. I'm naturally a fatass, and it still takes me over 4,000 calories to even START to gain.

I remember when you posted your first pics. Really lean but not much size. you have to eat! Its a must. 3lbs wont do ****. Ive gained 15 pounds and looked the same.

eating is harder than working out for most guys. you gotta eat when you arent even hungry. i remember when hatred said he eats on the toilet to get it all in :eek:

And yeah rhett2go is right... I dont have a problem working out but eatin is another story...do i eat even if I "feel" like im going to throw up?

No don't eat till your gonna throw up. Eat every 2-3 hours as much as you can. Thats what I do to get a bulk started then I start tracking my calories on fitday.

Don't eat to the point of being stuffed every time, just make sure you're eating or getting a shake in every few hours throughout the day. 6-7 "meals" should be no problem.

I eat clean most of the time and I find it hard to stop eating because I don't want to gain 10 lbs in a week.

When I was on the carb refeed on UD 2.0 I ate on the ****ter, I even woke up every 2 hours to eat in the night.

Thanks, well my goals are to make the try-outs for my college track team( sept) . Mean while I want to put on some more muscle and weight around 170

I decided to use this thread to show my progression. I been on bako shake but I split it in half.. I drink half in the morning and the other half before bed.
THANKS BAKO THIS SHAKE WORKS WONDERS!

Im at 160 now I cant believe i got over the invisible wall of 157......I been on the shake for 3 weeks and im gaining at a constant rate.

Here is a small update.. im over 160 but under 170. Im still on my shakes but I only take them from mon. to fri. now and I started to take creatine 5 days ago. My body fat percentage has gone up alittle here is a pic.

hey man you definitely look like your getting thicker... question: do you know what your body fat percentage is? You looked about 5-6% in your first pictures and about 7-10% now (Depending on whether or not you were flexing your abs in that pic...)

Imo, you have the ideal body. People here would suggest getting bigger, but if I were you, I would try to maintain and keep working out.

I wish I had your genetics lol. I've gained 6 pounds since starting my bulk and can hardly notice.. I don't think we can notice on your 3 pound gain.

there's not much to it, ced. figure out your macros then take a few weeks determining your maintenance. add an extra 500 cals to that per day (to start with)....weigh yourself every week and add more cals if you're not gaining weight or not gaining weight fast enough.

i dunno man, i agree with the other guy you have the ideal body for you. i wouldn't get any bigger. you look like a health and fitness model right now, if you got bigger than you would look like a body builder. personally i prefer looking like those models from men's healthy than a olympiad competitor.

no offense to ced here, but health and fitness models are much bigger than him. you're looking at a good 20lbs. difference, at least.

you look great man but if you wanna add size like RBB said, up the cals. Eat as you would normally eat for the next 4 days and track everything you eat on fitday. Once you have an average number of calories your getting everyday, up that number by 500 cals or 1000 cals, (for me thats just one extra shake). Pretty simple really, keep lifting strong mate. good luck :)

You could of gained 5lbs in a 2 weeks....do the same as I am now....eat the whole time! drink milk all day...if you cant chew then just drink water to make it easier.

You look fantastic in those new pictures! If I were you, I would be happy with that, some people need to understand that not everyone wants to be "massive, huge etc..". What does your new diet look like and what shakes have you been taking? I need some of those! :)

Thanks..Well I stop eating unhealthy snack food and replaced it with healthy snack foods I like and I cut back on drinks and make sure I drink at least 80 oz of water a day. ( peanuts,fruits and etc.) And I use an modified version of bako's shake. 1/2 cup of oatmeal - 2 cups of milk and 1/2 cup of peanut butter I drink that shake twice a day. I either make for breakfast or I cook breakfast and drink one before work and then I drink one before or after dinner.

Im currently 171 but in the pictures im 167. I know its not really noticeable but I wanted to keep you all posted. I wont update this thread until im at 185. I learned I got to force myself to eat no matter what in order to reach 3000 calories aday. and I went from 150 to 167 in 6 weeks

Here is an update with me at 175. ( I was at 185 but I gained so much fat compared to muscle that I did a cut for 4 weeks and went to 175) I am now continuing my bulk but I plan on cleaning it up some so I dont gain that much fat. ( it was starting to make my face fat.. literally)

Just read through the thread. You are definitely thicker while still being very lean. You've put in the work and it is paying off. Keep it up, you've come this far so you'll definitely hit that goal of 185.

edit: I see you're going for 200 now. Nice.
