How much fat is to much?

I would say currently my diet consists of around 100g. These are not sat fats but fat from sources such as nuts, seeds, flax and fish etc. my diet does contain some sat fats which i get from eggs and red meat etc but thats about it.

My current goal is muscle gain, would u say this is to much? or just about write.

Cheers

Rather than a set number, try to keep the fat at 20 percent of your total calorie intake. And avoid trans fats at all costs.

Good luck.

don't base it on % of your diet

go with .5g healthy fats per lb LBM

Rather than a set percentage, try to keep fat at 0.5g/lbm as a minimum.

20% of what - cutting cals? Bulking cals? Maintenance cals?

What's magical about 20%?
