Anyone know how I can squeeze 1,000 calories or more into an easy meal? A shake would be preferable. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Also, How many calories would one recommend per day for someone that is 5'11'', about 178 and maybe 13% bodyfat (havent checked just going on what I see)

Throw a bunch of oats, whole milk, Nitrean, Natty PB, and a banana into a blender and there you go. LOTS of healthy cals.

I eat a cup of peanuts and a 1/2 cup of raisins on my way home from work before supper....that nets me another 1000 odd calories, dosnt really seem to fill me up either.

2 cups milk, 1/2 cup ice cream, 4 tbls peanut butter. Blend em up and make a shake.

~900 calories

You can add as much of the stuff as you like. I've done a whole cup of peanut butter before (16 tbls) which is 1500 calories by itself, but I felt sick afterwards, haha.
