I am so incredibly stoked, I wish I had a video, aargh.
Prior to comencing Oly training 8 or so weeks ago the most weight I ever handled raw was 170/374. I felt like deading and hit a 200/440 raw a few weeks ago.
I did an early training and somehow pulled 462. Its was hard as hell but my grip was not the limiting factor at all!!! I dont get were this new grip strength has come from. Imma try some rack pulls and see what i can really hold.

Sorry for the no video, I was having enough trouble walking straight at 6am let alone grabbing my cam. but I have my 485 belted and straps to prove I can move the weight.
..oh, and my form was perfect.
