For breakfast i have been eating 6 eggs 2 tortillas and a banana
well my question is, is 6 eggs to much everyday?
thanks
You are fine, the only problem would be if you are trying to restrict calories/fat and you are eating the yolks which are calorie/fat dense. If you are tracking your diet though then it doesn't matter.

I eat at least 6 every day. Unless you have existing issues with cholesterol levels, I wouldn't worry. Even in that regard, dietary cholesterol doesn't really impact blood cholesterol all that much. If you healthy, and they fit into your macros, eat up!

If you goals are to cut out dietary cholesterol, or calories... No idea how you're eating them, but I'd say eating 1/3 yolk per egg would be an improvement..
Like if 3 eggs at a time scrambled, omit 2 yolks. Still tastes like eggs, and they'll have some yellow.
If eating hard boiled, eat yolk of every 3rd egg, as desired.
Etc...
