View Full Version : UD 2.0 Question

Hey, first a lil info, i am 18 currently weighin 170.5 lbs from a mere 143 lbs back in January. I am just going on my cut this week. should i using UD 2.0 right away ? any thoughts on cutting except for lowering calorie intake and cardio.
Any advice would be great!! Thanks in advance.

What bf% are you? If you are 15 or less, then UD2.0 maybe for you?

Have you been dieting at all to this point, that is eating under maintenance?

UD2.0 is a very complicated diet that requires strict adherence to intake and workouts. If you have read the book and feel you are ready for it, then sure try it.

Otherwise, a more traditional approach of eating 10-20% under maintenance with protein and fat levels relatively high might do the trick.

As for exercise, stick with low volume, heavy weights.
