What do you weigh?

Few things I'd like to point out:

You may already be aware, but that deadlift lockout would be red-lighted in a meet. I know it's just the gym, but I try and just squeeze though those reps and fight the urge to hitch. You don't want to practice bad habits in the gym.

I also think you rock back to far on the box squats. I don't like to put the bar back way behind my hips and then get momentum forward. Just something to think about.

Also, lmao@ the garbage bags hanging out of your deadlift suit. Very funny.

Just jumped on the scales and I'm on about 217lbs, I'm normally around 225-230 but I've been slacking.

Yeah I know the dead would of been redlighted, it was the first time I've ever had to hitch to lock out and I've been working on my glute's/lockout since then.

With the box squats, how far should I lean back? I only really have the westside seminar dvd to go by and the clips that dave showed had all of the guys leaning back quite far. Do you think I should just sit back onto the box and pause for a second without a lean back?
