This was my 3rd session and a PR! My weakness has always been off the floor, so I decided to work on these for a bit prior to taking 700+ for a raw ride. Anyway, here is the video, I am totally raw (no belt, straps, suit, etc.):

Not quite yet, although the temptation is HIGH!

So, yes, it must be the Nitrean, ETS, and Creatine 500 mixed in with a little Opticen. In addition, and this is no b.s., Nitor has made a significant difference and really helped me to drop some body fat.
