Sup guys...i started lifting about a year ago at around 185 i worked out for about 1.5 months and hurt my elbow, and had to stop for awhile...well i started back lightly about 3.5 months ago but have been back at it HARD for 1.5 months now..im now 6 foot tall, 196 pounds and my goal is 210 befor i start my cut (my G/F wants me to start cutting now, due to my growing gut :))...my diet is pretty much a "sea food diet" i see food and eat it
But anyways i started this journal pretty much so u guys can help me out with my routine and maybe my diet when i start to cut some!
