Just looking through my fitday account and thought I would post this. I hope I'm the original creator of this recipe! :D It actually tastes awesome and a great way to get a decent amount of fibre in as well.

50 spinach leaves (2 small hand fulls)
4 table spoons of olive oil
2 table spoons of balsamic vinegar
1 can of tuna

Cals= 790
Fat= 58g
Carbs= 24g (14g from fiber)
Protein= 43g

Try adding in some sliced almonds and walnuts.

There's 14g fiber in 2 handfuls of spinach?? I find that hard to believe. Fitday isn't accurate with some things. Sounds good though. I grill a bunch of chicken breasts, slice them and toss in nuts. Any greens will do.

Yes there is. My handfuls may be a bit bigger then yours. I don't add in food from their list, I add in everything myself to "custom foods" to make sure it's as accurate as I can get it. Chicken sounds good too with some nuts.

Hmmm... chopped hard boiled eggs eh? That actually sounds like it would go well with that. If I were to add that I would definately take out the vinegar.

I had 2 chopped hard boiled eggs in a can of tuna with 2 tbsp olive oil for breakfast with some juice. Worked out to be about 700 cal's total.

lol alright, so.. I had no tuna left and I found some old stuff in my cuboard that was left over from when my Grandma used to live there. It was flavoured tuna, 2 different cans so I mixed 2 different flavours. I checked the expiry date and it was good until Mar 2008 so, I threw it in and made my typical tuna salad. Had that right before bed and woke up at 4:30am feeling sick as ****. All I could taste in my mouth was the mixture of those flavours, most disgusting taste ever. 2 minutes laying there, I ran to the washroom, sat there for another 2 minutes and puked my guts out.

Not sure if it was the tuna that made me hurl but that was definately all I could taste in my mouth before and after it happened. It blew me away because I haven't puked in a few years..from food that is.

Just thought I'd share my experience :(

I've done that and added some dried cranberries. I like the walnuts idea above.

You'd love my normal dinner.

Cook steak. Make big salad. Put steak on top of salad. Eat.

Favorite Dole salad mix (European, Spring Mix, or Sweet Baby Lettuces), half a bag
1 sliced cucumber
1 dry pint grape tomatoes
Onions
Whatever other veggies I feel like throwing in
2 cans of tuna
Kraft Light Italian dressing

I don't care what the macros are. It's my normal lunch, it's tasty, and it's got a lot of protein.
