Cool vid dude. I'll agree with bearwolf and say your form looks better the heavier you went.

Your avatar pic looks crazy btw, not sure if it's the lighting or your back. Probably both actually.

nice squattin'! It looked like your hips were coming up a bit early and you had to GM it a bit. Otherwise, depth was great, speed outta the hole looked good to.

Red; I yeah, I seem to have that silly trouble, I've been low box squatting for a while and I've been doing the same off the box I guess (only just started taping sessions), so I'm changing my form on it so I don't 'rock the box'. Hopefully that will fix it. Well, Jim Wendler said you need to be sure its going to work or don't do it... So it will fix it lol :)

WV - All of those squats are about an inch higher than where I want them to be, come competition time I don't want to screw around with red lights cause I missed the paralell line by a hair. It was a failed 405.

Basically I'm going to be working on my top end strength, keeping my hips down and my chest spread and opening my groin out of the hole. These simple things which will probally take me a year to get down pat will help a heap!
