Does anyone drink this stuff? Is it okay for cutting or would water be better? Everything is '0' except sodium which is 60mg. It tastes pretty good and has natural antioxidants. Just want everyone's opinion.

Upside is it has flavor, which water really doesn't... plus no calories. Sodium is relatively negligible. I'd see no problem drinking it, but I'd stick with water when possible.

I've been cutting for a month and drinking quite a bit of it, and it's not bad. The non-diet one tastes a LOT better but it does have calories.

I try to drink 1 a day, along with 4 cups of real green tea, and the rest is water.

Toothpaste????Um okay.....I really like the white tea much better. Tastes like juice. The green is kinda gross but I make myself drink it. I usually drink 2-3 a day. It all comes back out...makes me go to the bathroom like crazy.

most of the antioxidants are lost in bottled teas.

drink fresh brewed tea.

I drink it (the kind with citrus flavor)

tastes good and it's a nice change from water every so often
