Overall an Ok workout. Afterwards had 2lbs. of hot wings and a salad with ranch.:)

overall a good workout. I like bodyweight exercises alot, really get my heart rate up. Also need to start hitting my abs harder, i've been neglecting them lately.

I've heard everyone talking about these lately so I gave them a try and they are really tough! Prolly the best tri pump I've had in a while.

Weighed in at 208 today on an empty stomach, was 200 about 3.5 weeks ago.


Today was a short workout, didn't really have it today. Went to a bachelor party friday night so I was really hungover yesterday and didn't really eat enough.
