View Full Version : General Fitness into WBB 1.1?

Uhhh... how do incorporate general fitness into WBB1.1? I'm basically asking what days do you do it on and what do you do it on? Can someone modify WBB1.1 to add in some cardio, HIIT, agility, vertical jump type of work?

I'm kind of a newb and wouldn't know what and when to add in stuff without overworking and what not? How do you guys usually do this kind of stuff?

Add cardio on a off day, we aren't solving a rubiks cube here...

DAY 1 (Monday): Lower body/static ab work/obliques

DAY 2 (Tuesday): Upper body and trunk flexion (movements initiated from the rib cage)

Day 3 (Wednesday): Steady State Cardio + Agility drills

DAY 4 (Thursday): Lower body, static ab work/obliques

DAY 5 (Friday): Upper body and trunk flexion (movements initiated from the hips)

DAY 6 (Saturday): HIIT

DAY 7 (Sunday): Rest

That's what I'd do...
