A great healthy source of protein and fats, i get mine from costco (sam's club) frozen and in individual baggies. every day before i go to work (and im plannin on salmon that night) i take out a 5-6 oz piece and put it in my fridge. (it needs about 8 hrs to defrost)
I use a stove top grilling pan, $25 bucks at costco.
1) heat up the pan, about hi-med, after about a minute dash some olive oil on it
2) let the olive oil heat up, pass the time by cutting a slice of lemon.
3) after about a minute i slap the fish down in the olive oil, hope to get a good sizzle. now i take about a clove of minced garlic and just rub it into the top of the fish. then 2-3 twists of black pepper, sea salt, and a bit of basil. take some balsamic vinegar and pour it over the cooking fish, let it spill off the sides so it cooks in the pan. put the lemon on top and wait about 3-4 minutes.
5) flip it, wait another 2-3 minutes and eat it
enjoy!
