Magnesium

I never see magnesium in nutrition facts and I heard it's a pretty good mineral to have in your diet.

Do you think I should take a magnesium pill every day?

I think Built just did an article about Magnesium and it is on the home page of the website. It says new issue of Iron geek or something like that. I haven't read it yet but it may have some helpful info

I take ETS and a multi which both have plenty of magnesium.

I just checked my multi has 350mg 88% of magnesium in it
