in the mornings, i try to eat a nice size healthy breafast of like eggs and a plain burger, and then i pack 2 sandwiches, i cut them in half and I eat one of the halfs every two hours, then for dinner i try to eat a decent size meal, like chicken and a veggie. I drink milk and try to drink alot of water and drink a gatorade hear and there.

this is what my day is

730-8am - my breakfast

10am- half of sandwich 1

12pm- other half of sandwich

2pm- half of sandwich 2

4pm- other half of sandwich 2

6pm- dinner


then usaully after 6 i try to eat a healthy lil snack. but every once and awhile ill eat some iecream or something un-healthy to stop urges from getting bigger to causing me to eat more junk food

Since you give nothing about quantity,ingredients of said sandwich, or quantity of anything else nor your total macros for the day, I rate your diet a 0.

How many calories are you eating? Are you trying to gain or lose weight?
