Well the first week is over.....only 23 to go lol
So far I have lost 7lbs in a matter of about 4.5 wks becuase I did three weeks of warm up. I am currently 6ft 170lbs. My caliber keeps coming out at 13% BF but I am rounding up to 16 just cause I am sure thats not right.

this is the average over the last week and half....anything thats sticks out to you that is bad.....I am trying to get protien up closer to 175g and carbs down a bit. Fat I like. Fiber I do not and have been feeling the side effects of low fiber if you know what I mean. Cals are probably close to 2400 a day do to fish oils. So fats are a little I usually take 3 1000mg fish oils daily. I have been drinking close to 2gallons of water daily and I feel great. I have not been doing HIIT as much as I would have liked and I am going to start getting a 1/2 hr am walk and attempt to do HIIT 3 times week. I would like to lower cals as well get closer to 2200 or 2000.
