It was to get under 300 pounds... and sure enough.. i hit 299 this morning ;) First time in 4 1/2 years (Im 18)... man i feel good..
Now im going for 250... i think another 50 pounds and ill have lost my flabby chest and the rest of this gut.. ive droped from a size 48 waist, to a 42... if i can get to 250, im going to start bulking...hopefully putting on some lean mass...
Heres a question... i did my arm workouts 2 days ago... and i absoluely thrashed my triceps.. they have been horribly sore for 2 days... to the point i cant scratch my back. Is this a good thing? i didnt tear anything, it doesnt hurt, its just ungodly sore ;)

First of all congrats  for reach your new years resolution.
Secondly, its great to be sore. That let you know that you are working with high intensity in the gym. I like to be sore for quite awhile because I feel good about the workouts that I did. If I'm not sore I feel sometimes that I shorted myself.
Depends on how you look at it though...
I'm a FREAK!!!
