Over Head Tricep extensions

Flat bar press down

V bar press down

Then i just threw in 50 crunches for the hell of it

Nice incline dumb bells. It looks like you got a lot of volume for your chest and triceps, if you start plateu I would maybe think about dropping an exersice or two.

Cheers North. For some reason i'm weirdly strong on incline dumbells dunno why could be cause i have such weak legs ha ha.
So do you think i may be slightly over training chest and tri's ??

I would say so but your the only one that knows how much volume your chest + tri's can handle.
