So I've been lifting inconsistently for about a year, but I really want to focus on it now. I just got over Mono so I figured now is as good a time as ever to get serious, and a journal should be a good way to make sure I track what I'm doing to the extreme with a little encouragement *wink wink* Anyways, I'm 19, 5'10 currently at 158. Working on the WBB2 routine but looking to swap it for something else since it lacks deads. So any recommendations are welcome. I'm currently trying to find my maintenance level of cals, everyone seems to be recommending fit day so I'll be posting that over the next week day to day.

My current sups include: Creatine, Multi-vitamin, and fish oil (1000mg, though want to up the dosage) and of course protein (4 scoops of Nitrean a day)

Some pics:

My fitday for the day, not really sure what to look for in terms of carbs and such.

decided to wait to get back on track.

Split from yesterday:

DB incline 170x8/7
CG chins 13/11
DB Flies 110x11/9
Pulldowns 165x13/172x10
Decline BB Bech 190x8/6

Chest still seems to be behind but I'm catching up quickly. A lot quicker than I thought I would hah.

hey man nice you got back in it, i know how much of a bitch it can be to get back in the zone..... for routine splits, maybe you should look at Starrs 5x5, some real good exc's in it, and once you get used to it you can use the compounds to make up your own, split, good luck dude.

Thanks for the input, I'll def have to look into it since I seem to see a lot of people talking about it.

Well its been a while, and I'm done bulking. I made good gains (dcline has gone up 30 lbs.) but it still doesn't seem that I have gained much mass. I'm trying to get my body fat down below 10%. I was wondering if anyone could give me a time table for that goal? I'd say im 1-2% higher than my base pictures.

Well I thought I would post some progress pics to make me feel better about myself haha.

The first one is from a little over a year ago, and I just took the second one a few min ago. Looking at them, I think my traps are nearly non existent. I normally do a couple variations of Chins (narrow and wide grip) as well as shoulder presses which seems to hit them too. Anyone have any other lift ideas to hit them harder?

On another note, I'm gonna try to be more active with this thing. I normally ignore legs pretty good and I think posting workouts will help me stick with them  hah.

Alright, lifts for the week:

DB Incline 90sx9 90x7
Chins BW+25x12 BW+25x9
Flies 70x10 70x8
Decline 210x9 210x8
Then some ab work. Not a very good day overall compared to last weeks numbers.

Shoulder Press 70sx10 70sx8
Shoulder Raises 40sx13 40sx11
Decline Skulls 95x9 95x7
Decline Curls 35sx10 35sx8
Dips BW+80x11 BW+80x9
Hammer Curls 45sx11, 45sx9

Arm Work went much better than Chest and back as far as development. Have lost about 3 pounds over the past 2 weeks which is also good.

Chest from today, couldn't get in yesterday so I'm a day behind.

DB Incline 90sx10 90sx8
Chins BW+25x9 BW+25x9 (changed grip on this one, like new way better)
Flies 70sx10 70sx8
BB Decline Bench 210x9 210 x 7
Then some ab work again. Overall was a good workout, wish I would have seen some movement in Flies and Decline though. First time my decline has stumbled in a while. Oh well, down another pound or so I think but its hard to tell so quickly. I'm really working to add in some more back and trap work (most lagging areas IMO), but Deadlifts conflict with some back spasming issues. I was thinking of maybe Wide grip pull ups or Cable Row? and Suggestions?

time for another random check in. Started a bulk a week ago, was down to 157.5 now at about 158.5.

Some new pictures. I feel like I havent gotten much bigger on the front side despite muc improved lifts. Lots of growth in my back though, has gotten much better I think. The flash really kills a lot of definiton, I wish I had a better camera in that regard. Thoughts? Critiques?
