Here it is:
- chop 2 avocadoes
- chop 1 mango
- chop 1/4 red onion
- chop 2 tbsps fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp lime juice
combine and enjoy. it's a great blend of intense flavours.

spinach would be a nice addition i think. it would make it more of a traditional salad. i will definitely give it a try.

Forget it as a salad, use that exact recipe as a topping for grilled salmon! :drooling:

Just made a small(ish) batch and had it over some salmon as suggested... the range of flavours and textures was really something else! Check out the attached food porn.
EDIT: File size exceeded at first attempt... should be sorted now

Do you guys have a preference on variety of mangos?
My fave is ataulfo or yellow mangos.
In the red, I prefer Kent.
Mangos from India are now allowed (Alphonso,Kesar) but they are $4 a pop.
