The Navy method says I'm around 17%, but I'm not sure how accurate that is. I weigh around 160-165.
A while back I kinda let myself go and ate too much junk food, and that's why I'm fat now basically. So I was going to start cutting...but I don't even feel big right now. So I kinda wanna bulk? But if I bulked then it'd just make it that harder to cut down.
