Progress.... Kinda

I took this today(6-23-07) weiging in at 146. I know its all blurry but I dont have a camera or anyone to help me take a good pic.

Started diet up again today (any suggestion please check my thread in diet) and this time im not stopping till I hit 10%

I went from 175 to 145 in 14 weeks, but when I was into BBing I was as big as 210lbs.. I will try and find a pic of me at 175-180

Thanks beast, I thought by the time I got done cutting I would have lost most of my LBM but I have been fortunate or just plain lucky so far. cant wait to see what I look like when/if I get as lean as you..

yeah its a ****ty pic cause its on my phone and I workout by myself so no one to take any pics for me.. Im going to take some better ones in 2 weeks..

yeah I was large and in charge @ 210 and I have some pics but none with my shirt off.. I posted some pics a while back at 170-175. so you can imagine what 30lbs more would look like.

dont know if im going to, I kept a journal for inspiration and to track progress with the weights i was using. I have not made any progress in anything for a long time and honestly dont know if I could.. Slight tear in the pec and 2 bad RC's keep me from ever going real heavy in more than just push moves.

you would see teh same weights like every workout and similar movements since I am limited in what I can do.

Masey, you're looking ripped there, mang. Yeah you've lost some size but you're probably healthier for it in some ways. I'm sure you'll gain some it back if you want to.
