2 Whole Wheat Bread, toasted
2 tbsp. PB -- Not natural {terrible?}
2 C OJ w/ calcium -- {terrible?}

Eggs-good
Bread-good
PB-Not Natural?
OJ-Lotta sugar :(

975 cals
49 fats --because of pb?
94 carbs
45 protein

I AM THINKING THIS IS NOT VERY GOOD :(

yea man fats aint gonna kill you just watch out for trans, keep total fats to about 20-30 Percent of your total calories ( percentages are just a figure, you will find out what works best for you ), any unsaturated fats are good for you and PB's got a good amount of it. Overall FAT is good, just make sure it doesn't constitute a majority of your diet. In your breakfast Fat made up about 50% of all cals, reduce it a lil and you'll be fine, enjoy the bulk dude, **** when I bulk I'll be happy if I dont get 50gs of fat in my SNACK, lol.

I wanna get big.

But I dont want a stomach.

If I continue to eat like this.

If I bulk, and work out, can I actually get a muscular stomach/chest without fat, or when you bulk do you basically put on a bunch of fat?

Well that depends on Genes mostly, I know people that bulk gain 20lbs and have minimal fat where others ( like my fat ass ) will bulk and gain 20lbs, but 10lbs of it will be lard. You can minimize the chance of excess body fat when bulking by finding your maintenance cals, and raise that by 500 cals until you start gaining weight, and eating extremely clean, hence why this method is called the clean bulk...

oh yea dude, if your new lifting, **** everything and just eat and lift, you will have time to figure out the rest of the little **** later...... I went from 295 to 250 before and I didn't have one clue about dieting, and I gained Lean muscle in the process, being a newb was the ****.

So that is not that bad of a diet right there?

For breakfast.

You seem pretty smart, wanna take a look @ my routine too :):D

I will be running 3 x a week also, trying to eliminate the stomach FAT. ugh.

naw man thats straight, for your routine take a look at starrs 5x5, but most important thing is to lift HEAVY and do COMPOUND exercises, like I said if you just got into lifting, don't sweat the small details right now. Your diet will play out to you as you keep lifting, in 6 months you'll know what to eat when to eat it and how it affects your body, it sounds like nonsense, but believe me it will happen ( if your serious, that is ), you will see some sick gains in these next 6 months so enjoy them, and thanks for the props man, I guess all those hrs on WBB were good for somethin !

It's not critical that every meal meet exact macro specifications, evaluate over the entire day. If you calories are too high, you will gain fat, regardless of where they came from.

I'd probably cap OJ at one cup per day, but 2 ain't gonna kill you.

And dont look at percentages.

Make sure you get 1g/lbm of protein and 0.5g/lbm of Fat.

After that fill the rest of your cals with any combo of carbs,protein, fat as you like.

You are 6',170 if i recall.

You could prolly eat around 3000 cals and gain good size with minimal fat. So just make sure you get your protein and fat minimums and fill the rest of the cals as you like.

I think the healthy weight lose is 1 lbs a week... im not sure the conversion to stones? 2 lbs a wek tops. so if you lose 4-8 lbs in a month then thats healthy.

am i right?

I down 1,200 cals in one protein shake.

Like Dr.D said, you're really undereating, even though you are trying to lose weight, that's still not very healthy.
