Anyone watch this show? Now that Sopranos is done, I started watching this show since it took the Sopranos time spot. It's weird. I don't even think the show is that good. There is some horrible acting, especially the kid. For some reason though I keep watching because to me the show hardly makes sense and I'm waiting for it to make sense. I don't know, let me know what you guys think.

you're right, its definitely weird. i think that's why i like it. there's nothing else on tv like it. the cool thing is that every episode you figure out a few of the details, but then more crazy **** happens with no explanation. i agree, the kid is a bad actor but the rest of the cast is great. you gotta love any show with a foul mouthed Al Bundy.

HA Ya Al Bundy is funny. The only people I think are bad actors are the kid and the chick who works at the surf shop. What is the deal with the chick and the guy who always talk on the phone and act like they don't know each other? The ones who say they are making a movie.

Geeze this show is brilliant. It makes absolutely no sense but it's terribly addicting. I think they want the kid to be a bit aloof. I'm pretty sure he's being directed like that...foul mouthed al bundy is great...and john cracks me up. The added details each episode are great. My only problem with it is that I wish they'd do 2 episodes a week. The plot is taking a while to develop and that's fine but 2 episodes a week would be great. Rebecca Demorney (sp) is awesome in this as a beat down weathered out surfer wife. It's hard to see her like this considering she was the prostitute in Risky Business and the hot evil baby sitter in hand that rocks the cradle, but I do think it's a good part for her. it's a strange show but I'm totally digging it.

Rome is DEFINITELY done. it was too expensive to produce. It was great though.

anyone watch this last night? what the hell was going on during the last half when john seemed to be everywhere at once? was he really at the cookout or was it a dream? nobody seemed to acknowledge his presence.

Last nights episode was one of my favorites. Drama in the trailer was the best. "My pulse is sky rocketing"

WTF John having like this outerbody talk with everyone else who were also outerbody. Crazy. John is saying that he is Jesus or something too? I can't wait to see what happens next week because that ending left me like WTF. I hope I don't have to remember eveerything John said about his father's eyes and Kas's camera to understand things later.

The conversation John had with Cissy that kept her from killing herself was absolutley brilliant and one of the funniest bits of dialogue I've seen on TV. I've ben looking for it online but it isn't anywhere...as soon as I do I'll post it and let the swear filter take care of it, lol. Seriously funny and deep all at once.
