brunch: small fried rice, roasted chicken quarter, fried eggroll (est. 1000 cals)
snack: medium banana, 1 BBQ chicken stick (est. 400 cals)
lunch: chili cheese dog, small fries, 2 bites of a cheeseburger, small choco milkshake, strawberry cheesecake (est. 1500 cals)
dinner: 2 carne asada tacos with crema+queso w/jarritos soda (est. 1200 cals)

total cals: about 4100

im @ 197.5lb this morning. was 195 last week. havent lift since thursday but im going back today.
