Hi. I have some egg whites in a carton. (I should mention now lets try not to make this a big discussion about the yolks, I do eat them too.)

How in the world do you make simple fried eggs? I just want some nice over-hard eggs. Step by step instructions anyone? Do I use grease? What kind of heat, and how long?

:omg:

Step 1: Put pan on stove then turn on (I go in between low and medium..doesn't matter much just watch them cook)
Step 2: Put a few pats of butter or whatever you want to make the eggs not stick
Step 3: Pour desired amount of egg beaters into pan
Step 4: Stare at eggs in amazement as they begin to take form from snot-like substance to edible. Make sure the eggs do not stick to the edge of the pan.
Step 5: Flip Eggs to cook other side
Step 6: Eat eggs
Step 7: Clean pan

Easier than frying eggs! There's no shells.
