Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese (note: used lf, ff, or whole depending on goals)
1 cup milk
1 package fat-free, sugar-free JELL-O instant pudding, any flavor (I like butterscotch or cheesecake)

Place cottage cheese in food processor and blend until smooth (about 2 minutes). Add milk and continue to blend until well mixed (an additional minute). Add package of ff, sf JELL-O pudding and continue to blend until well mixed (about 2 minutes). Divide equally into two cups. Refrigerate for 5 minutes. Enjoy.

Makes 2 serving (or one if you're me :D )
Stats if made with low-fat cottage cheese and milk:
Per Serving: 200 calories, 3 g fat, 25 g carb, 19 g protein

Note Most of the carbs come from maltodextrin in the JELL-O. Good for when you just have to have something sweet but don't want to blow your diet entirely. It's VERY filling.

I do that (with nf cottage cheese), and then add 1 scoop whey, 1 tablespoon PB, and 6-10 ice cubes, blend, stick it in the freezer for 45 minutes and eat it like ice cream before bed with 3 caps fish oil and a multi. Without doing the math, it's about 50g protein, 450 calories, 10g fat.

Just made this and it looks like it will be declicous, will be my meal before bed tonight. I made it with chocolate flavor too, I might add some nitrean.

I gotta say I ate the whole thing last night but ate half then stopped for 30 mins cause it is very filling. But very good. Taste just like pudding basically. Thanks for the recipe.

I've done similar things before, and noticed how filling the combination of gelatin and cottage cheese seems to be. I'll have to try this one.

So I guess I'm the only one who does something similar, but uses fat free cream cheese instead of cottage cheese, huh?

Made a cheesecake out of it once. Ate three quarters of the thing. So much protein that I had indigestion for three days.

So I just mixed up a batch of this stuff, and I seriously want to give you guys a freaking hug. I literally said "Oh my god" when I tried a bite of it.

I made this last night as well. I added a scoop of whey and had to put a little more milk in to be able to mix it. It was incredible! This is my new dessert. I think I might try two scoops of whey and use water instead of milk next time to cut the sugars out.

Just tried it with lf chocolate pudding mix...actually my brother made some so i figured it would be a good opportunity to try it, and I threw in a heaped spoon of pb. No milk though. It actually tasted pretty good, definatley tasted the pb and again VERY filling. Thanks.

I tried this tonight. I blended 1 cup LF Cottage Cheese until creamy. Added 1 scoop whey. Added 1 cup water, and then added the LF/SF chocolate pudding mix. I tastes great!

first off this stuff is amazing. I added in a scoop of whey powder, and next time i make it im forsure bleding in some strawberries and maybe some other fruit. best snack hands down

Wow props BBB. I used the chessecake flavor with 3 strawberries and it's fantastic.
