View Full Version : Calories while on a cut, but taking a break from lifting

I am currently cutting. I'm planning to take a week off lifting to recover because I've been pushing pretty hard without a break recently.


So... my question is how do I eat during this period of non-lifting? I will probably continue to wrestle and maybe run once. Should I up calories to maintenance, or will I still be able to maintain muscle mass and lose fat if I stay on a defecit?
