I am always trying to find the rout cause of why my workouts are good or why they aren't so good that day.
I have narrowed down three things that are always constant that happen when i have a bad bench day.
1. Poor sleep the past two days.
2. Didn't eat that well the past two days.
3. I skipped my CG speed bench day earlier that week.
It always happens that my bench struggles when i do all those things listed above, and for some reason I do all three the same time.
