Either those pics don't do your shoulders justice...
...or your shoulders are lacking.
Awesome physique, but that's my one crtique.(hey that rhymed!)

Your forearms are ****ing awesome. They are huge and the wrists only make them look bigger still.
You've made awesome progress.

Lookin sick Rock. I hope to look like you in a year =O
thanks, I have very small and thin joints so maybe thats an advantage :)

I am trying to take clearer pictures, because the ones I have taken so far are to unclear.

Looking awesome Stein

Dude, take an up close pic of your forearm with some decent lighting and make it your display pic! I think this is the 3rd time saying it in your picture threads but they're HUGE!
You should make a thread of your progress with all your pics in there.
I will do that soon, but I cant get good light here.
Here I am at 18 and 20 hehe
06-28-2007, 04:55 PM
my god rock, AWESOME shoulder progress, you literally had no shoulders.
06-28-2007, 05:14 PM
What you guys are also not seeing is that he is also like 6'5"
To have arms that big at that tall is incredible.
06-28-2007, 05:19 PM
hey Rock... Do you know where I can find some mice?
To feed these pythons!!!! (flexes biceps)
for some reason your pics remind me of this joke, lol
looking big as always, rock. shoulders do look like they're improving, nice work bro. what are you weighing now?
Thanks alot for the support.
You know I almost gave up when I got mono real bad and couldnt train for 5-6months, I looked horrible, lost almost every muscle Ive ever gained. When I visited the states I couldnt really show any of my potential because of the mono. But I was still highly motivated from the other WBB members, as I still am now in this thread :)
And as Hatred pointed out, I am quite tall so building big arms takes sometime!
RBB, I am 250lbs and about 14% bodyfat. I hope to be a good 225-230lbs in good condition in october for my first show.

The usual or not, you always look impressive. So, just curious, when is the contest you are training for and (if it is not in USA), do you think you would compete in the USA? I think you should!

Pshh look at his profile.
"Young and Strong and ready to take California on!"
06-29-2007, 05:44 PM
Your forearms are HUGE popeye. Wish I could get mine that big.
06-29-2007, 07:26 PM
Thanks...oblivously, I didn't. My comments was just the first impression that came to my mind when I saw him.
06-29-2007, 07:31 PM
You just keep improving, Stein. What's interesting is that in pix you don't have a lanky appearance - if I didn't know you were so tall, I wouldn't be able to guess from your pix. This is a testament to how truly jacked you must be. You're going to DOMINATE on that stage!
hehe thanks alot Built.
I do lack the legthickness and mass to dominate. I also need more traps and shoulders, just having thick arms wont do it.
But you know...I am up for it, I am going to do my best and post the pictures and let you guys judge! :)

Your forearms in that first pic are just sick

Coming to this thread real late, but it's the first time I'd seen it...
Did you end up competing this year, Rock? How'd you do? And where are you from? ( I wasn't sure, except it's not the US).
Awesome progress..wotta transformation (and are you really 6'5?)

You look huge! Great work! Would you mind posting your routine? It would be great to see how you train?
10-18-2007, 12:03 PM
You are huge - how long have you been training/ lifting for?
