Getting stronger. :)

Does anyone have any advice on my form or anything? I don't know why I always bring my legs in like that.

After this I attempted 215lbs, and I would have been able to do it if I hadn't done this right before that. :strong:

Your benching what seems to be pinkys on the rings, but your body looks about the same as mine when I'm benching pointer fingers on the ring (my most powerful hand placement). Probably due to the size differences.. if it helps heres a video of me benching.

I think your form is fairly good, but there are things you can't see from the front view.

i bench even closer than pinky on the rings.

OP, your feet shouldnt be moving around like that. Stick em down hard, and bring them back towards you, I find a wider foot placement helps too.

Good job, odd selection of workout clothing.

The sound is fine when I take the videos off my digital camera and put them on the computer. When I upload to youtube it screws them up... so inono.

form looks good from what I can tell, but as others said, it's hard to tell from the front...the next time you do a 1RM take a video from the side

nice lift, you def. can do 215-220
