What does it mean by alcohol? Appearntly a cup of rice has 37 grams of alcohol, I dont remember getting smashed from eating rice. Also what does NFS standfor. Like when I go to enter milk, it comes with Milk NFS?

I think NFS is some sort of term for "generic".

You want
milk, cow's, fluid, xxx (xxx being type... whole, 1%, 2%, etc)

Do rices contain sugar alcohols? Hmm...
