High Calorie Shake I make

Icecream 150 Cal
Cup milk 150 Cal
2 tbl PB 190 Cal
3 tbl Olive Oil 360 Cal
Half cup oats 150 cal

1000 Calorie

Okay, so I like the taste but I have a few questions.. any ways I can make this any cheaper by subsituting anything or messing around with how much of what i put in? Also, when i use 1 tbl spoon of PB I am just wondering what a tbl is.. with olive oil you can get a perfect TBL but what is it with PB? Tell me what u think of this shake... Im thinking of having it 2/3 a day.. thanks guys!

to really get a good measurement of PB you need a scale. Also that really has a lot of fat and not a lot of protein...especially depending on the type of milk and ice cream your using.

as long as you get a nice chunk of it in the spoon, count that as a tablespoon.

how about get some whey also?

yeah man, i'd definetely get some protein to up the protein of that shake.
