Speaking of al nautral, how come you haven't ventured into some anavar or primo missA? Just wondering, i know your not totally against AS, but is there anything comming in the near future? BTW, I'm doing a show in sept and you will be one of the guru's I'll be talking to. Hell, I may even hire you to be my diet coach, if you can incorparate gear in there somewhere... We'll talk more about it later this year when I stop the bulking.

Hey Cemm Im hoping to compete in August/September and qualify for the Nationals so I think I maybe contacting Coach Cemm in a few months time for that extra edge other my fellow competitors. :)

I'm doing the boarder states classic, I guess it would fall under the regional catagory. You have to be from Ca, Az, Nm, or texas to enter. It's ony sept 11th. So I'll prolly take pics and post them about 5-6 weeks out so I'll look fuller, lol. I'll also post some contest pics if they come out good, most of the time they come out crappy though unless you got a really good camera. It is a national qualifier but I think I'll do 2-3 more local shows b4 I venture into the nationals. I have all these great dieters I know but I can't decide which one will rule my worth for 10 weeks, lol.

Hey Cemm, thanks for your vote.......

IB- Would like nothing more than to get you ripped and ready for your first show. Talk to me earlier versus late so you are well prepared. NO worries, I have the best back of AS info out there, for contest prep. However food is food, diet is diet, and ripped to the bone is ripped to the bone regardless of how we get you there. :)

As far as your direct question... I am always doing my home work on options, my favorite question.. Can I pass a test on that??? LOL...

I am considering a show in April. Definately doing one on Aug 11, in LA.

you mean that show? that is one of the so cal ones I'll be at, I need to get my arse to a few more shows and just hang out and study posing a little more. I never really paid attention during the prejudging so I guess now would be a good time to start, lol.

Oh yeah and if you look at most of the naural shows, you only need to be clean for a year. you could do a cycle right after a show, then wait 12 months and do a natural show, I know people who are gearheads who come off for a year and enter a natural show just for the heck of it, lol.
