this is surprisingly good. I mixed tuna ketchup and hot sauce and it tastes amazing. Just thouht i'd let anyone who gets bored of tuna know, this is a good way to mix it up a bit

It sounds like it has potential to be kind of nasty but I guess it might be worth a try. Lately I have been marinating my tuna overnight in some olive oil, balsamic and cider vinegars and it takes away that over powering tuna taste. Then I throw in some chopped onions and peppers and a half a cup of cottage cheese. This seems to make it a little easier to stomach.

haha tuna with ketchups not gunna beat that, but it sure beats eating it out of the can. I'm not much of a cook.

tuna + spicy mustard/brown mustard is a good mix if you dont want mayo in it.

That's the most disgusting thing I've ever heard of. I love ketchup, but that's pushing it.

You don't have to be a cook, you just need a table spoon, olive oil, balsamic and cider vinegars, and that's it. Just put those together with the tuna the night before and add some cottage cheese in the morning. The veggies are a bonus.

Tuna with a squeeze of lime and cracked black pepper works well.

I am not to sure on this but I read somewhere that ketchup is like pure sugar and really not good for you at all. I am sorry I can't remember where I read this but I know that I have been avoiding ketchup for a very long time becuase of it. I could have dreamed it though.

I used to be a ketchup junkie. Try getting into some high quality spicy mustards instead. I like Coleman's hot english mustard.
